PDF Room Layouts to SketchUp
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of seven PDF plans that show individual rooms and interiors, and I need each one rebuilt in SketchUp as a basic layout—no textures, no furniture, just the walls, doors, windows, and main fixed elements exactly where they belong. Accuracy on overall dimensions matters so the files stay useful for later detailing, but I do not need you to flesh out finishes or décor at this stage.
Here is what I expect:
• One clean, well-layered .skp file for every PDF (so seven files in total).
• Geometry kept lightweight and organised so future edits remain fast.
• All walls, openings, and levels aligned with the PDFs; tolerances within a few millimetres of the source measurements.
Please let me know your typical turnaround for work like this and share a sample of a similar “basic layout” model if you have one. I’ll supply the PDFs as soon as the project starts, and I’m happy to answer any clarifying questions right away.
