Outdoor Kitchen & Pergola Visuals - Wholers
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have site photos and a detailed plot plan that need to be turned into a clear concept my homeowner can understand. The space must include three elements—outdoor kitchen, pergola and a run of artificial turf—laid out to scale on the existing yard.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clean 2-D plan view sketch (hand-drawn or CAD) that places each element accurately on the plot.
• At least two distinct style directions; the client hasn’t settled on modern, rustic, Mediterranean, or another look yet and wants to see options before deciding.
• Once a style is chosen, polished 3-D renderings from at least two angles suitable for print or email presentation.
I’ll supply the photos and PDF plot plan immediately after kickoff. Feel free to use SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, (home designer pro is preferred) Lumion or comparable software—just send the finals in easy-to-share PDF/PNG/JPEG formats. Please include your typical turnaround time and how many revision passes are covered. Quick, clear communication is essential so we can get a compelling visual in front of the client without delay.
