Ongoing Residential 3D Elevation, Renders
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
As a structural engineer, I routinely prepare drawings for modern residential projects and need a reliable partner to turn my 2-D sketches or CAD sections into clean 3-D elevations. My current workflow is SketchUp for modeling, then V-Ray for lighting and materials, so being comfortable with those two tools is ideal; if you prefer a comparable renderer such as Lumion or Enscape, that works too as long as the final quality matches V-Ray realism.
What each assignment involves
• Import my reference drawings (DWG or PDF) into SketchUp and build the exterior massing.
• Add moderate detail—accurate window and door positions, wall finishes, roof elements, and basic textures. No deep interior modeling is required.
• Apply a contemporary, modern aesthetic consistent with the plans I provide.
• Render two daylight views (front and one oblique) at 4K resolution, plus supply the native SketchUp file for future edits.
Turnaround & cadence
Typical turnaround per house is 48–72 hours. I have a small pipeline of residences every month, so once we complete the first file smoothly, we can repeat the process on a rolling basis.
Acceptance
A job is complete when the SketchUp file opens without missing components, the V-Ray (or equivalent) settings deliver noise-free images, and the renders match the dimensions and material notes in my drawings.
