Oil Terminal 3D Model (SketchUp or other application)

I need a single, well-organised SketchUp file that represents a full oil storage terminal at a medium level of detail. Structural features such as tank wall thicknesses, pipe racks, stairways and platforms must be clearly modelled.

We need high-resolution textures as this is for marketing materials / corporate presentations and surrounding landscaping.

Please base the geometry on standard industry proportions; I will supply a simple 2D site plan and any critical dimensions once we start so you can scale everything correctly inside SketchUp.

Include the following facility elements:

• Tanks and interconnecting pipelines
• Loading and unloading berths/gantries
• Safety and fire-fighting gear (foam monitors, hydrants, extinguishers)
• Refining or treatment units as block models with visible structural framing
• Flare stack with knockout drum and stack support steel
• Pump house with piping manifolds
• Administrative / office buildings
• Perimeter security fence around the plot line
• Main and service access roads

Final hand-off:

• Native .skp file (SketchUp 2020+ compatible)
• All objects grouped and logically named for easy edits
• Model clean of unused layers/components and purged of unnecessary geometry

If everything loads smoothly, with components properly grouped and the site layout matching the plan I provide, the job will be considered complete.
