Office Interior SketchUp Model

I have an office floor plan that now needs to come to life as a fully detailed SketchUp model. It is strictly an architectural interior job; no exterior envelope is required. What I’m after is an accurate representation of walls, partitions, ceilings, built-ins, loose furniture, and basic lighting so I can walk stakeholders through the space and test different layouts.

You will receive PDF drawings and reference photos the moment we start. Please keep all geometry clean and grouped, use layers/tags logically, and maintain real-world scale so the file can be exported to LayOut later without extra cleanup.

Deliverables
• Native .skp file (version 2021 or compatible)
• A set of two to three high-resolution perspective renders showcasing key zones

I’ll consider the task complete when the model opens error-free, matches the provided dimensions, and the furniture placement reads clearly in orbit and section views. Let me know your approach and approximate turnaround time, and I’ll share the drawings right away.
