Neo-Classic & Modern Home Design

I’d like a fresh interior concept for two key spaces in my small home—the living room and the kitchen—blending modern lines with subtle neo-classic elegance. Think clean silhouettes, gentle ornamentation, and a palette that feels current yet timeless.

For the living room I want an inviting atmosphere that still feels refined; in the kitchen I’m after smart space-planning, discrete storage solutions, and finishes that echo the living area so the whole zone reads as one coherent story. Natural light is limited, so please keep brightness and airy flow in mind when selecting colors and materials.

To make sure we’re on the same page, deliverables should include:
• Mood board with color palette, textures, and reference pieces
• Scaled floor plan showing furniture layout and circulation
• 3D visualizations or high-quality renders for both rooms
• A concise shopping/spec sheet listing furniture, fixtures, and materials available locally or online

Please use whichever tools you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar are all fine as long as the final files are easy for a contractor to interpret.
