Modernized Home 3D Model

I will send you clear PNG shots of the house’s entire front façade and need you to turn them into a clean, to-scale 3D model. Once the base geometry is in place, please:

• Remove the existing front-facing windows shown in the images and replace them with a more contemporary style (think larger panes, slimmer frames, and better symmetry).
• Propose and apply a fresh exterior colour palette that feels modern; I’m open to two or three variations so I can compare.
• Produce high-quality daylight renders of the updated front view and at least one angled perspective that hints at the sides, plus supply the editable source file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or similar—whatever you are most comfortable with).

I’ll judge the work on accuracy to the supplied photos, realism of the materials, and how convincingly the new windows and colours update the overall look. Please mention relevant experience with architectural modelling and rendering when you respond so I know you can hit the ground running. Also door and garage door will need to be changed
