Modern Residential Interior Design

This project involves transforming my home’s living room, bedroom, and kitchen into a unified modern space. I already have the rooms’ dimensions and a rough idea of the layout; what’s missing is a professional concept that ties everything together with clean lines, functional flow, and a balanced colour palette.

I’d like you to handle the full design journey—from initial concept boards through to detailed drawings—so that contractors can execute the plan without guesswork. Tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max are welcome as long as they deliver clear visuals and precise measurements.

Deliverables
• Mood board and colour palette that captures the modern aesthetic
• Scaled floor plans with furniture placement
• 3D renders or walkthroughs for each room (living room, bedroom, kitchen)
• Material and furniture specification list with links or sourcing notes
• One round of revisions after the first full presentation

Acceptance criteria: all drawings must be to scale, 3D visuals must match specified finishes, and the sourcing list should be readily available in my region. Files should be provided in both editable (DWG/SKP) and view-only (PDF/JPEG) formats.
