I’m ready to give my home a fresh, cohesive look and need an experienced interior designer to guide the process from concept to final selections. The project covers three key areas—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—and every space should feel unmistakably modern: clean lines, smart storage, and a refined palette that still feels warm and livable.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Concept development: mood boards and a clear design direction for each room.
• Space planning: floor plans or layout sketches that maximize flow and function.
• Finishes & furnishings: a curated list of materials, furniture, lighting, and décor with purchase links or specs.
• Visuals: 3D renders or styled elevations so I can picture the finished result before anything is ordered.

I’ll share measurements, inspiration images, and any existing pieces to incorporate as soon as we start. If you work primarily in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar industry-standard tools, great—just let me know your usual workflow. Timely communication, realistic timelines, and an eye for detail are essential, but I’m flexible on how many rounds of revisions we schedule as long as we stay on track toward a polished modern finish across all three rooms.
