Modern Residential Exterior 3D Modeling

I have a complete set of architectural plans for a new-build home and now need the exterior brought to life as a polished 3D model. The brief is strictly for the outside of the house—no interiors—yet I still want it to look presentation-ready. Think crisp, modern architecture with accurate proportions, true-to-plan materials, and enough realism to impress a client.

Key points
• Software: 3ds Max or SketchUp—whichever you’re most comfortable with.
• Scope: fully detailed exterior only, with an emphasis on the main façade, roofline, and the overall modern aesthetic. Minimal context landscaping is welcome if it helps frame renders, but the star is the building itself.
• Inputs: PDF/DWG plans, elevation drawings, and reference images will be provided immediately on project start.
• Outputs: the editable source file (.max or .skp) plus a clean export (.fbx or .obj) and two high-resolution still renders from agreed angles.
• Revisions: one round of tweaks for proportion, material, or camera angle after the first draft.
