Modern Residential Design Collaboration

I’m an interior designer with eight years in the field and a steady flow of modern residential projects. To keep pace with demand, I’m seeking a freelance collaborator who can jump in on a project-by-project basis and help transform concepts into fully documented, build-ready packages.
Most assignments focus on apartments, villas, and bungalows, always with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. From time to time I also take on offices or cafés, so versatility is a plus.
Typical scope of work
• Concept mood boards that capture the agreed design direction
• Accurate space planning and furniture layouts delivered in AutoCAD or Revit
• High-quality 3D visualisations / photorealistic renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion—use what suits you)
• Material and FF&E schedules formatted for contractor use
• Construction drawings with dimensions, call-outs, and notes ready for site teams
Workflow & milestones
Each project is set up with clear milestones—Concept, Design Development, and Final Drawings—so you always know the deliverable, deadline, and payment before we start.
Timeline & Deliverables:
• Layout with detailed plans: 2 days for completion
• High-quality 3D working: 1 day for completion
• Furniture working drawings: 2 days per project
What to include in your reply:

• Three to five samples of drawings or renders you created yourself
• Typical turnaround time for a two-bedroom flat
