Modern Residential Bathroom 3D Renders

I am updating a residential bathroom and need photorealistic 3D interior images that capture a clean, modern aesthetic. The final visuals should clearly communicate finishes, lighting, and layout so contractors and clients can see exactly how the space will look before work begins.

Here is what I expect:
• 2-3 high-resolution still renders from complimentary angles
• Accurate materials, fixtures, and lighting consistent with contemporary design trends
• Source file (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) so small revisions are possible if measurements change
• Final images delivered in both PNG/JPG and layered PSD formats
