Modern Rental House Interior Design

My newly acquired rental house needs a cohesive modern makeover that covers the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. The objective is to create a stylish, durable look that photographs well for listings and stays practical for tenant turnover.

I will provide current floor measurements, reference photos, and notes on the target renter profile. Using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or an equivalent workflow, please translate those inputs into a full interior concept.

Deliverables
• Mood board with color palette and key references
• Scaled space plan for each room
• Minimum three high-resolution 3D renders per room
• Furniture, fixture & equipment list with purchase links or sourcing notes
• Concise installation guide for my local contractor

Acceptance criteria: the design must read unmistakably modern, keep finishes and furnishings within a sensible rental budget range, and arrive in both PDF and native project files.
