Modern Patio Plans in SketchUp
Budget: $150 – $400 USD
I’m redesigning my backyard and need a clean, modern patio concept that feels like a private relaxation zone. I already have rough dimensions, site photos, and a wish-list of materials; what I’m missing is a complete set of SketchUp files that turn those ideas into build-ready drawings.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• A scaled 2D layout that positions seating, circulation paths, and any built-in elements naturally within the existing footprint.
• A fully modeled 3D scene in SketchUp that I can orbit, annotate, and share with my contractor.
• At least two high-resolution renders (any renderer you’re comfortable with) to help me visualise finishes, lighting, and overall mood.
Because this patio’s main function is relaxation, I’m looking for a calm aesthetic—sleek lines, minimal clutter, and materials that feel contemporary without being cold. Please keep that “modern spa-like retreat” vibe front and center.
I’ll provide:
• Accurate measurements and current site photos.
• Inspiration images that capture the mood.
• My feedback within 24 hours of each draft.
Final hand-off should include the native .skp file, exported PDFs for plan and elevations, and the render images. Revisions are fine—two rounds should be plenty to nail the details.
If you’re skilled in SketchUp, comfortable with modern design language, and able to translate feedback quickly, I’d love to see samples of similar exterior work and hear how soon you could start.
