I’m planning a full style refresh for my living room, bedroom, and kitchen, and I want a clearly modern look softened with pastel shades throughout. I already have the rooms’ dimensions, a few reference photos, and a rough furniture inventory; what I need is your creative direction translated into practical, build-ready visuals.
The scope covers cohesive mood-boards, precise floor plans, and photorealistic 3D renders that show how the three spaces flow together. Feel free to use your preferred pipeline—SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar—as long as the final files remain editable for my contractor. A curated shopping list for furnishings, fixtures, and paint colors should accompany the visuals so implementation is straightforward.
Deliverables
• Mood-board per room (pastel-centric, modern)
• Scaled layout & furniture plan (DWG or equivalent)
• Minimum three high-resolution renders for each space
• Consolidated sourcing list with purchase links
