Modern Minimalist Renovation Sketch

An older house I own is ready for a modern-minimalist refresh. I need a set of clear, presentation-ready sketches (hand-drawn or digital) that show how the façade, floors, and driveway can be transformed while keeping the structure intact.

Frontage
• Exterior design: a stripped-back, clean look that plays with simple masses and neutral tones.
• Windows and doors: new placements or sizes that maximise daylight and create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel.
• Landscaping: low-maintenance greenery that frames the entrance and softens hard edges.

Inside, the floors should echo the exterior language—continuous surfaces, minimal transitions, and materials that feel light yet durable.

For the driveway, I want a layout that aligns with the new façade lines and uses contemporary textures without overpowering the landscaping.

Deliverables
• Concept sketch set (plan, elevation, and one perspective) in PDF and editable source file (CAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• A brief material palette and colour reference sheet.
• Notes highlighting any structural considerations or demolition required.

Acceptance
The design must reflect modern minimalism, present a cohesive street view, and be achievable within typical residential construction methods. A review round is included so we can fine-tune proportions and materials before final sign-off.
