UK Modern Minimalist Home Design

I’ve just purchased a property in the UK and want to transform every corner into a coherent, modern-minimalist space that still feels warm and elegant. The scope covers the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and extends right through the rest of the interior as well as the exterior facade and immediate landscaping, so the design language flows seamlessly from the front door to the garden.

My taste leans toward clean lines, muted palettes, natural textures, fireplaces and carefully chosen statement pieces rather than clutter. I’d like a thoughtful furniture layout, lighting plan, material and colour palette, plus exterior suggestions that echo the interior mood. You are free to work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray or similar as long as the final package is easy for local trades to follow.

• A concise materials & furnishings schedule with sources available in or deliverable to the UK
• Implementation notes so our contractor can execute the design accurately

Acceptance criteria: visuals and documents align with the agreed concept, dimensions match the supplied plans, and all specified items are obtainable in the UK market.
