Modern Living Room Redesign
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m constructing a new house consisting of two and half stories. I have finished the structural envelope of the building and now am looking for interior design before I start the fnishing activities. The scope should only cover the main sitting rooms, kitchen, dining etc exclusing bedrooms.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• A mood board that captures the overall colour palette, textures, and inspiration pieces
• A scaled furniture layout with circulation considered (PDF or DWG)
• 3D visualisations or renderings that help me picture the finished space
• A concise shopping list specifying key furniture, lighting, and décor items—preferably sources that ship easily to my location
• Finish and material suggestions, including paint colours, flooring, and soft furnishings that fit a modern style
I typically review work in two rounds: an initial concept presentation and a final polished package. You’re welcome to use SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar tools—whatever helps communicate the design clearly.
Deliverables are approved once the floor plan scales correctly to my provided measurements, the renderings reflect all agreed changes, and the sourcing list is complete with links and pricing. Let me know your approach and any questions you have so we can get started.
