Modern Living-Kitchen Interior Design

I have a 200 m² property and want to concentrate all design efforts on the open-plan living room and kitchen. The overall direction is modern; what I need is a cohesive concept that nails the furniture layout, lighting strategy, and color palette so the two spaces flow seamlessly yet feel distinct where it matters.

Here’s what I’d like to receive:
• A furniture layout that maximises circulation while creating comfortable social zones
• A layered lighting plan (ambient, task, accent) with fixture recommendations and placement diagrams
• A curated color palette, complete with paint codes or material swatches, that ties the kitchen finishes to the living area upholstery and accessories
• Visual references or 3D views that help me picture the final look before committing to purchases

I’ll supply existing floor measurements and a few inspiration images the moment we start. If you use SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar tools, just let me know; source files are a plus so I can hand them to local contractors later.
