Modern Living and Bedroom Interior Design
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I have 4 bedrooms ready for a fresh, Modern update: the main living room and the primary bedroom. I can share photos, accurate measurements, and a mood-board of inspirations I already like; what I need from you is a cohesive design package that turns those early ideas into a fully visualised, build-ready concept.

For each room I’d like:
• A clear furniture and lighting layout that makes the most of the existing floor plan
• A contemporary colour, material, and finishes palette (think clean lines, uncluttered surfaces, subtle texture)
• Photorealistic 3D renders or styled SketchUp/3ds Max visuals so I can see how everything comes together
• A concise shopping list or specification sheet for key pieces—furniture, fixtures, décor—sourced from retailers that ship internationally
Once the first round is delivered, I’ll review and give consolidated feedback. Two revision passes should be plenty to fine-tune the details.
Final hand-off: high-resolution renders (PNG/JPG), editable source files (SketchUp, Revit, or similar), plus a PDF with the layouts, palettes, and purchasing links.
If you’re comfortable working in a Modern aesthetic and can communicate clearly through drawings and visuals, I’d love to collaborate and get these rooms looking their best.
