Modern Kitchen SketchUp Design

I need my kitchen space turned into a clean, modern layout in SketchUp. The plan must revolve around built-in appliances, so cabinetry sizing, clearances, and service points have to be worked out precisely. I will supply room dimensions, appliance specs, and a few inspiration images once we start.
Here’s what I expect back:
• An editable .skp model that lets me virtually walk through the room
• Dimensioned plan and elevation PDFs I can print for the contractor
• Two or more high-resolution perspective renders that clearly show materials and lighting
