Modern Kitchen CAD Design

I have a rough floor-plan for my kitchen and adjoining interior space and need it translated into a clean, modern CAD model. My priority is to see the layout accurately drawn, then receive a pair of simple 3D renders that capture a modern look and feel.

Scope
• Convert my supplied sketch or PDF into a precise 2D CAD blueprint.
• Build a basic 3D model from that plan in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or any equivalent tool you’re comfortable with.
• Apply modern finishes, cabinet lines, and lighting cues—just enough detail to communicate style, proportions, and flow.
• Produce at least two high-resolution still renders (JPEG/PNG) showing the main cooking wall and the overall room perspective.

Acceptance
The drawing should match my dimensions within a few millimetres, show clear appliance positions, and be delivered in both editable CAD format and PDF. Renders only need ambient lighting and flat textures—no photo-real extras are required at this stage.
