Modern Interior Design 3D Modeling

I'm seeking a skilled interior designer to assist with modeling and documenting a small interior design space.

Scope of Work:
- 3D modeling of 1 small room based on provided measurements
- Creation of AutoCAD plans (furniture layout + dimensions)
- 2 sections and 2 elevations
- High-quality renders

Deliverables:
- SketchUp model (.skp)
- AutoCAD plans, sections, and elevations (.dwg and .pdf)
- Rendered images (.jpg or .png)
- Final presentation board (.jpg or .pdf)

Requirements:
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD
- Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills
- Experience in modern design with a neutral color palette
- Ability to create open and spacious layouts

Deadline: 2 weeks from acceptance
