Modern Industrial Office Space Design

I am looking for a skilled interior designer to help design a modern industrial-style office within a 30 ft x 30 ft (900 sq ft) space. The layout should include a 11x15 ft executive (boss) office, a 10x11 ft meeting room, a 6x11 ft pantry, and the remaining area as an open workspace for 4–6 workstations, possibly with a small lounge or waiting area. The office will have a 14 ft ceiling and should reflect a clean, warm industrial aesthetic using a color palette of warm white walls, wood brown accents, and leaf green elements. Features like exposed ducting, glass partitions, pendant lights, and indoor plants are preferred. Deliverables should include a complete layout plan, 2D and 3D renders, furniture and lighting suggestions, and source files in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
