Modern House Facade Color Scheme

My newly built, modern-style home is finished in exposed brick and sits on a tight urban lot. Before I commission painters, I need a clear, professional colour combination for the entire front elevation—something that highlights the brick while giving the façade a crisp, up-to-date look that stands out on the street.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Two distinct colour concepts, each showing primary, secondary and accent tones compatible with brick in an urban setting
• An annotated front-elevation image or simple 3D view for each concept so I can visualise the result (SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, or similar—your choice)
• Exact colour codes (HEX and, if possible, RAL or Pantone) so the painter can match them precisely
• A brief note on why each palette works—sunlight, neighbouring buildings, maintenance, and any modern design cues you’re referencing

I’m open to subtle neutrals, bold contrasts, or anything in between as long as the final look feels unmistakably modern. Please attach samples of comparable façade work or colour boards you’ve produced so I can see your style.
