Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an efficient, modern home plan that fits neatly on a 33' × 36' footprint and stays within roughly 1,200 sq ft. The layout must include two comfortable bedrooms, a well-proportioned living room, and a dedicated dining room. Open circulation, plenty of daylight, and clean contemporary lines are important to me, but I also want every square foot used wisely.
Feel free to position the kitchen and at least one full bath where the plumbing runs make the most sense, and add a compact entry porch or alcove if it can be done without stretching the footprint. Furniture placement on the drawings will help me visualise scale, and code-compliant clearances are a must.
