I’m taking my residential property through a full refresh and need a creative partner who can handle both the architectural tweaks and the interior design, all in a clean, modern style. You’ll start from my existing floor plans and a set of photos, then propose smarter layouts, elevations and a cohesive palette that pulls the whole home together.
Along the way I’ll expect concept boards, mood-setting visuals and clear, build-ready drawings. Once we lock the direction, you’ll refine every detail—from lighting positions and custom millwork down to the final material and furniture selections—so the contractor can move ahead without guesswork.
Deliverables
• Updated floor plan and reflected ceiling plan (DWG + PDF)
• At least three photorealistic renders per major space
• Finish, fixture and furniture schedule with SKU or spec sheet links
• Simple shopping list noting lead times and alternates
• One round of revisions after initial submission
