Modern Home Interior Revamp

I’m ready to refresh my entire home—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—with a cohesive modern aesthetic. I already have the rooms measured and photographed; what I need now is your creative vision translated into practical, build-ready plans.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Concept boards for each room that illustrate colour palette, materials, and key furniture pieces
• 2D furniture layouts showing optimal circulation and zoning
• Photorealistic 3D renders so I can visualise the final look before committing to purchases
• A shopping list with product links (or close alternates) available in my region
• Basic lighting plan indicating fixture types and placement

I work in metric, and the files will ultimately be handed to a local contractor, so please deliver editable source files—SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD are all fine—as well as PDFs ready for print. Milestones can follow the sequence above; I’ll review and sign off at each stage so we stay aligned.
