Modern Home Interior Revamp

I’m ready to give my residence a fresh, modern look and need a talented designer to re-imagine both the living room and the bedroom. The goal is a cohesive style that feels contemporary, comfortable, and practical for day-to-day living.

You will receive photos, basic room dimensions, and a list of the key pieces I plan to keep. From there, I’m looking for creative space planning, a refined colour palette, furniture and lighting suggestions, and clear visualisations so I can easily picture the final result before committing to purchases.

Please include in your proposal:
• Concept board and mood imagery that capture the overall aesthetic
• Scaled floor plan or layout with furniture placement
• 3D renderings or realistic visualisations of each room
• Itemised furniture / decor shopping list with sources and approximate costs

Feel free to use your preferred tools—SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar—as long as the final files are easy for me to view. I value open communication and quick turnaround on feedback, and I’m happy to schedule video calls at key milestones.
