I’m ready to give my entire residence a cohesive, modern makeover and I’m looking for a designer who can translate that vision into clear, build-ready plans. The scope covers every lived-in corner—living room, bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, pooja nook and even the dedicated crockery display—so you’ll be shaping the flow and aesthetic of the whole home, not just a single room.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Concept development that unifies all spaces under a clean, contemporary look while still feeling warm and welcoming.
• Mood boards, colour palettes, material and fixture suggestions that I can hand straight to contractors.
• Scaled floor plans and at least three photorealistic 3D renders per space; I want to see how furniture, lighting and finishes play together before anything is purchased.
• A concise shopping list with product codes or links wherever possible to keep procurement smooth and on-budget.
All drawings should be delivered in editable CAD or SketchUp files along with high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders. If we need to tweak layouts or finishes, I’d like two rounds of revisions included.
