I want to turn my residence into a cohesive, contemporary space and need a complete design concept for three key areas: the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Clean lines, a neutral palette, strategic splashes of colour and clutter-free styling are essential to achieve the modern look I’m after.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A mood or concept board and colour palette for each room
• Scaled floor plans with clear furniture layouts (PDF plus the original CAD/SketchUp files)
• Photorealistic 3D renderings—at least two perspectives per room—to help me visualise the result before committing to purchases
• A detailed shopping list that includes sizes, prices and online sources available in my region
• A lighting and accessories plan that balances function with the minimalist aesthetic
I’ll provide current measurements, photos and inspiration images as soon as we start. Please let me know which software you prefer—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD or similar—and your estimated timeline for each deliverable. Final files should be high-resolution and suitable for contractors to build from.
