I’m ready to give my residence a fresh, modern look and need a designer who can completely rethink the living room, bedroom, and kitchen so they flow together in a cohesive style. I’m drawn to clean lines, light-filled spaces, and a functional layout that still feels warm and personal.
Here’s what I’d like to receive:
• Two to three initial concept boards that set the tone, colour palette, and key materials for each of the three rooms.
• Detailed floor plans and furniture layouts (SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar) showing traffic flow and scaled placement.
• Photo-realistic 3D renderings or walkthroughs so I can visualise the final result before committing to finishes.
• A curated shopping list with sources and specifications for furniture, lighting, fixtures, and décor, prioritising items that are available locally or ship quickly.
• A concise style guide covering paint codes, fabric swatches, and any custom millwork details so the contractor can execute the design accurately.
