Modern Home Interior Design Revamp

I’m ready to give my home a cohesive, modern makeover and I need a creative interior designer to bring fresh ideas to three key areas: the living room, bedroom, and kitchen.

You’ll start by reviewing photos, measurements, and a short brief detailing how each space is currently used. From there, I’d like concepts that balance clean lines with inviting comfort—think contemporary palettes, smart furniture layouts, and subtle accent pieces that tie the rooms together without clutter. Materials, color schemes, and lighting plans should all reinforce the modern aesthetic while staying practical for everyday living.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Concept boards or mood-boards for each room
• Scaled floor plans with furniture placement
• 3D visualizations or high-quality renderings to help me picture the final look
• A concise shopping list specifying key furnishings, fixtures, and finishes (brands or links welcome)

I’m flexible on software; SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is fine as long as exported files are easy to view. Final files should be organized and clearly labeled so ordering, sourcing, and implementing the design is straightforward.
