I want to give my house a fresh, modern feel and need a designer who can translate today’s clean lines and smart layouts into practical plans for my space. I’m flexible on scope—this might mean tweaking the façade, focusing on a few priority rooms, or re-thinking the entire interior. Minimalist, contemporary, or a tasteful hint of industrial could all work; what matters is a coherent look that feels current, functional, and welcoming.

To make decisions confidently, I’ll need:
• Mood boards and colour palettes that capture the proposed vibe.
• 2–3 high-quality 3D renders (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can visualise the changes.
• A concise list of materials, finishes, and fixtures available from mainstream suppliers.
• Basic layout drawings highlighting any reconfigured walls, built-ins, or lighting plans.

Acceptance criteria: the visuals must reflect my exact room dimensions (I’ll supply measurements and photos), and all selections should be purchasable locally. One round of refinements after the initial presentation is included so we can fine-tune details before sign-off.
