Modern Guest Room Redesign
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a fresh set of eyes on one of our hotel guest rooms. The basic layout is already modeled, but I want a modern look brought to life through updated furniture (for few items), improved lighting, and a refined neutral-tone palette. You’ll work in the existing SketchUp file, update the AutoCAD drawings for documentation, and compile a mood board that clearly conveys the new atmosphere I’m after.
1. Space Planning & Layout
Optimized furniture layout ensuring efficient space utilization and circulation
Updated SketchUp model reflecting final furniture placement, lighting positions, and finishes
2. Drawings & Technical Documentation
Revised AutoCAD drawings, aligned with the final design, including:
Layout plans
Wall elevations
Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP)
Electrical layout (lighting, switches, sockets)
3. Design Concept & Mood Board
A concise mood board (PDF/image deck) including:
Reference images
Material textures
Color palette (focused on neutral tones and cohesive design language)
4. Material & Furniture Specification
A short, practical specification list covering:
Key materials (tiles, laminates, stone, fabrics, etc.)
Furniture selections
Model numbers, brand references, or procurement links (where applicable)
5. Detailed Drawings & Execution Support
Wall elevations and sectional drawings for key design elements
Material detailing for execution clarity
Coordination between drawings and 3D model to eliminate ambiguity
6. 3D Visualizations
High-quality 3D views/renders for key spaces to communicate design intent clearly
Key Expectations
All drawings and models must be fully coordinated and consistent
Deliverables should be execution-ready, minimizing site-level interpretation
Focus on practicality, cost-awareness, and ease of procurement
I’ll supply the current CAD & SKP, and furniture items to incorporate as soon as we kick off. Accuracy to existing dimensions is critical, but don’t hesitate to suggest smart tweaks that make the space feel more contemporary and inviting.
