Modern Flat Interior Revamp

My flat needs a contemporary refresh focused on two key areas: the living room and the bedroom. I’m committed to a modern aesthetic throughout, and for the living room I definitely want neutral tones—soft whites, greys and warm taupes that feel bright yet calm. The bedroom palette is still open to your creative suggestions as long as it stays within the modern look and ties in smoothly with the rest of the space.

You’ll receive full measurements, current photos and an inventory of any pieces worth keeping as soon as we start. In return, I’ll need:

• Mood board and colour palette for each room
• Two or three space-planning options (SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar)
• High-quality 3D renders showing both daylight and evening ambience
• Clickable shopping list with readily available furniture, lighting and décor

Please supply editable files (DWG, SKP, or the native format you work in) along with high-resolution images. Let me know which software and render engine you’ll be using so I can open the files without issue.

I’d love to see first concepts within a week of kickoff and wrap everything up inside three weeks if possible. When you reply, include a quick note about a modern project you’ve completed and slip in the word “neutral” so I know you caught that key detail.
