Modern Exterior Texture & Colour Scheme

I’ve already built the full massing of my building in SketchUp; now I need a fresh set of eyes to decide exactly which textures, finishes, and neutral-tone colours (whites, greys, blacks) will make the exterior feel truly modern.

You’ll open my .skp file, assign the materials, adjust their scale or orientation where needed, and share brief notes on the design rationale so I understand each choice. If you prefer to produce a couple of high-resolution exports or quick renders to illustrate the look, that’s even better—feel free to use V-Ray, Enscape, or your favourite SketchUp-compatible renderer.

Deliverables:
• Updated SketchUp model with all exterior materials properly applied
• 2–3 static views or render images that clearly show the proposed scheme
• A short written summary (one page is fine) explaining texture selections and the neutral palette decisions

The model is clean and organised, so you can dive straight into material assignment. I’m happy to answer any questions or provide additional reference images along the way.
