Modern Conference Room 3D Render

I need a photorealistic 3D visualisation of my office’s conference room, produced in either SketchUp or 3ds Max—whichever you are most fluent in. The aesthetic is strictly modern: clean lines, contemporary furnishings, integrated lighting, and tasteful decorative accents that make the space feel both professional and inviting.

Scope
• One enclosed conference room only; no reception or workstation areas are required.
• High-detail modelling: walls, floor and ceiling treatments, custom board-room table, ergonomic chairs, built-in cabinetry, AV screen, pendant and recessed lighting, power/data ports, plus finishing touches such as artwork, planters, and small décor pieces.
• Accurate material representation (wood grains, brushed metal, glass reflections, fabric textures).
• Real-world scale so that everything aligns with our architectural drawings (I will supply the DWG/PDF plan).
• Natural and artificial lighting setup that showcases the room at a pleasant working ambience.

Deliverables
1. Native project file (SKP or MAX) with organised layers/groups.
2. All linked textures and proxy assets neatly packed.
3. Two high-resolution still renders (minimum 4K): one wide shot and one focal detail view.
4. Optional short fly-through animation (10–15 s) if time permits—quote separately in your bid.

Acceptance criteria
• Colours and finishes match the reference palette I will send.
• No missing textures or broken links when I open the file.
• Renders are crisp, noise-free, and ready for client presentation without post-editing.

Timeline: I’d like the first draft within five days of project start, with two minor revision rounds included.
