I’m looking for a clear, modern design concept for my commercial space and its street-facing façade. The work is focused and should stay within a basic scope that I can hand straight to my contractor.
What I need
• Space planning and furniture layout for three zones: the reception area, two conference rooms, and general workstations.
• A concise mood board or material palette that pins down colours, finishes, and lighting suitable for a modern look.
• A single exterior elevation drawing that echoes the interior palette so the building’s first impression matches what clients see inside.
Deliverables
– Scaled floor plan with dimensions and furniture placement.
– Elevation drawing of the main façade, annotated with key materials.
– PDF set plus editable source files (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent).
Keep the documentation tidy and contractor-ready—no elaborate renderings are necessary at this stage.
