Modern Bungalow Interior Concepts

I’m finishing a two-storey, 4,000 sq ft bungalow and I already have the architectural plans and elevations. Now I need a modern interior concept that feels sophisticated and elegant throughout the key spaces—living room, bedrooms, and kitchen.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Space-planning layout on top of the supplied drawings, showing furniture placement and circulation.
• Mood boards and colour palette that capture a refined, contemporary tone.
• Material and finish suggestions for floors, walls, built-ins, and loose furniture.
• One set of visual references or simple 3D views per room to illustrate the concept (a quick SketchUp, Revit, or similar draft is fine).
• A concise PDF presentation plus the editable source files.

Keep the scope light and focused on these initial design fundamentals; I’ll handle detailed joinery and full renderings later. All drawings and references we provide can be delivered in DWG or PDF—use whichever works best for you.
