Modern Bathroom Palette & Vanity
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m adding a new bathroom and I need a clear, professional proposal that nails the look I have in mind. The overall style is modern and I lean toward is dark luxury spa with champagne gold fixtures, but because the space is small I need a balance… plank flooring and wall-mounted vanity so the design needs to work seamlessly with that choice.
Here’s what I’m looking for from you:
• A cohesive color scheme: primary wall/paint color, accent tile suggestions, fixtures finish, and a single statement tone that keeps the space feeling modern without drifting into cold or clinical.
• Three well-sourced floating vanity options (readily available in North America) showing finish, dimensions, countertop material, and a matching or contrasting hardware recommendation. As well as easily attainable lighting that is pleasing not harsh
• A simple mood board or digital palette I can hand to my contractor, plus a short rationale explaining how each element works together.
Renderings aren’t essential, but if you can include a quick SketchUp or similar visual, that’s a bonus. The end goal is a concise package I can approve quickly and hand off to my builder so construction stays on schedule.
