I’m ready to refresh my 1-bedroom apartment with a cohesive modern look and need a designer who can guide the entire process from concept to actionable plans.
Scope
• Living Room – arrange it for entertainment and guests, including TV wall, seating layout, lighting plan, and décor accents that keep the space open yet inviting.
• Bedroom – create a calm, modern retreat with smart storage, soothing colours, and a streamlined furniture layout.
• Kitchen – propose finishes, cabinets, and lighting that tie into the overall palette while remaining practical for daily cooking.
What I expect
– 2-3 concept mood boards covering colour palette, materials, and furnishing styles.
– Scaled floor plans with furniture placement (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or comparable).
– 3D visualisations or renders that clearly show flow between the three rooms.
– A shopping list specifying key furniture pieces, fixtures, and décor items available in India.
– Basic lighting and electrical placement suggestions so my contractor can execute without guesswork.
I’ll share photos, measurements, and inspiration links once we start. If you have past modern apartment projects in your portfolio, especially compact Indian homes, please highlight them. Looking forward to a clean, functional, and stylish design that maximises every square foot.
