Modern Apartment Walkthrough
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a photorealistic 3D interior walkthrough of a residential apartment finished in a clean, modern style. The camera should flow naturally through the entire layout—living room, bedroom, kitchen, hallways, and any transition spaces—so the viewer experiences the whole apartment in one continuous tour.
You will receive scaled floorplans, elevations, and a material / furniture mood-board to guide the look. Using GOOGLE SKETCHUP PRO and Enscape or Lumion tool in which you are comfortable , please build the scene and light it for a night time with artificial lighting that matches the reference images.
Deliverables
• Full-HD (or higher) walkthrough video, roughly 180 seconds, MP4/H.264
• 4–6 high-resolution still renders from key angles
• Source files of the final 3D scene
Acceptance criteria
• Every room mentioned above is shown clearly with smooth motion and no visual glitches
• Finishes, furniture, and lighting follow the provided modern concept
• Up to two review rounds for minor tweaks before final render
