Modern Apartment Interior & Furnishing

I’m refreshing a 92 m² apartment and want a cohesive, modern look carried through the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and two small balconies. The palette is set to calm neutral tones; think warm whites, soft greys, light wood accents, and matte black details for contrast.

What I need from you is a full-scope interior design package that not only makes the space feel larger and brighter, but also guides me straight to purchase-ready furniture and finish materials. I already have accurate floor plans in DWG/PDF; you can begin sketching right away.
