3D Model Residential House in SketchUp

I need a detailed SketchUp 3D model of a residential house. The model should include all structural elements like:

- Floor
- Walls
- Roof
- Windows
- Doors
- Fireplace
- Wooden Deck
- Toilet
- Shower
- Washing Machine

No furniture items like TV, sofa, or bed are needed, as I will add those later and render with Enscape.

I have basic architectural sketches available, and I also photos so the materials and look will be correct and pretty real, even if 1:1 on materials is needed.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Experience with residential architectural modeling
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work from basic sketches
- Familiarity with Enscape rendering
