3D Model of Modern Residence

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create an interior/exterior layout of a two-story modern residence using SketchUp with FlexTools.

Requirements:
- Basic interior layout focusing on:
- Living areas and kitchen
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Design theme: Modern minimalist

Exterior in black with wood accents (doors, windows, and rails/fencing)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SketchUp and FlexTools
- Experience with modern minimalist design
- Ability to interpret 2D images into 3D models

I will provide rough 2D pictures as guidance.
