Minimalist German 2-Bedroom Design

I’m refreshing the two bedrooms in my German apartment and want a crisp, minimalist look carried by monochromatic shades only. Think soft gradients of white, grey or charcoal that make the spaces feel calm, open and functional.

You’ll receive the existing floor plan, measurements and a few reference photos. From there I need you to translate the brief into a clear concept and set of visuals that leave no guesswork for my contractor.

Deliverables I’d like to see:
• Scaled furniture layout with circulation marked
• Mood board or style guide showing the monochrome palette, textures and key pieces
• High-resolution 3D renders or SketchUp/3ds Max/Revit views of each bedroom, including lighting and storage solutions
• A concise specification sheet listing finishes, furniture and lighting so I can source locally
