Minimalist 3BHK Layout Finalization

I'm looking for an experienced interior designer to finalize the layout of an existing 3BHK apartment in SketchUp.

Key Tasks:
- Finalize the existing layout and design a minimalist furniture arrangement with accurate measurements.
- Plan a POP false ceiling for the living room, and create a lighting design incorporating spotlights, cove lighting, and chandeliers.
- Provide realistic 3D renders and a walkthrough video with lighting simulation.

Deliverables:
- Updated SketchUp file (.skp)
- Accurate furniture layout plan
- High-resolution interior renders (JPEG/PNG)
- 3D walkthrough video (MP4, 60–90 sec)
- Lighting + false ceiling plan (PDF or DWG)
- Optional: Basic material palette (laminates, paints, tiles)

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in residential interiors, especially minimalist design
- Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
- Strong portfolio of previous 3D residential projects
- Knowledge of furniture sizing, space ergonomics, and practical execution
