Minimalist Interior Design for 3-Bedroom Airbnb Apartment (With 3D Renders & Shopping List)

## Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced interior designer to develop a cohesive, minimalist design concept for my fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment (living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and balconies), which will be used as an Airbnb rental.

The apartment already contains essential furniture. The goal is to build a clean, uncluttered, and welcoming minimalist aesthetic around the existing pieces, while identifying only the necessary additions to elevate the space into a guest-ready, high-quality short-term rental.

## Scope of Work

### 1. Assessment & Space Planning

* Review provided photos, measurements, and furniture inventory
* Analyse layout, circulation, and functionality
* Propose optimized furniture arrangement for comfort and flow

### 2. Design Concept

* Develop a cohesive minimalist design theme (e.g., modern minimalist, warm minimalist, Japandi)
* Recommend color palette, materials, and finishes
* Ensure the design enhances natural light and spatial openness

### 3. 2D Layouts

* Provide scaled floor plans with furniture placement
* Highlight functional zones and guest-friendly layout

### 4. 3D Visualisation

* Create realistic 3D renders for:

* Living room
* All bedrooms
* Kitchen
* Balconies
* Include lighting and material detailing for a realistic preview

### 5. Furniture & Decor Recommendations

* Suggest only essential additions such as:

* Soft furnishings (curtains, rugs, cushions, bedding)
* Lighting fixtures
* Wall art and decor
* Storage solutions
* Small appliances (if required for Airbnb use)
* Maintain a minimalist and uncluttered approach

### 6. Shopping List (Preferred but Optional)

* Provide a detailed list of recommended items including:

* Product links (preferably Amazon India / Home Centre India)
* Quantities
* Estimated costs
* Clearly distinguish between essential and optional items

## Deliverables

* Moodboard / Concept board
* 2D floor plans with layout
* High-quality 3D renders (all major spaces)
* Final design presentation (PDF or similar)
* Optional: Shopping/procurement list with links and pricing

## Design Requirements

* Style: Minimalist (clean, modern, uncluttered)
* No strict color palette—designer to propose best options
* Focus on durability, ease of maintenance, and guest experience
* Design should be practical and optimized for Airbnb usage

## Preferred Tools

* SketchUp / AutoCAD / Revit / similar
* Rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion

## Timeline

* Initial concept & layout: 2–3 days
* 3D renders: 3–5 days
* Final delivery: within 7–10 days total

## Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience in interior design (preferably Airbnb or rental properties)
* Strong portfolio of minimalist or modern interiors
* Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and budget
* Good communication and responsiveness

## Additional Notes

* I will provide all necessary inputs including photos, layout, and furniture details
* The objective is to achieve a high-end, guest-ready look without unnecessary additions
* Designer may suggest removing or replacing certain items if required
