CP Manor
Tool : Sketchup, with plugin for rendering
Goal : give a SketchUp model of the ensemble of buildings in their environment with some rendering for external aspect and limited internal details (only partition walls with communications between rooms and staircase, no detail nor rendering at this stage).
Material provided to you:
• This sheet of guidance
• full drawings of external and internal buildings shapes and details
• pictures as references for various buildings
To be provided later :
• decorative details for wood works for balcony, columns linking beams etc.
• colors for external rendering
Environment : slope rural terrain. slope indicated in mail plan through altitude level from base
Building included : all in in Main plan as attached except : ancillary buildings (K and L) , pool (M).
Details per building:
Style generally is Asian (Vietnamese).
This means that a lot of wood is involved, specially for columns and decorative features, for instance around columns and openings.
B and I are fully in wood.
G first floor is wood as well as A top floor (third level)
The open galleries are in wood fully
The rest is masonry
